Book Review: All By My Selfie by Jo Noelle
All By My Selfie by Jo Noelle attracted me because of its quirky title, a catchy cover and a blurb that promised a bit of everything from visiting beautiful Scotland with a swoon-worthy handsome Scottish hero from the past, a funny heroine on vacation who reminded me that I desperately need a vacation {sigh} to an ancient curse, some witchcraft, a wholesome romance, and a quick read.
I got all this in this novella by Jo Noelle who expertly transported me to the Scottish scenery and had me revisiting its history and experiencing a clean, heartfelt romance with lots of memorable moments.
Jo’s writing style is fluid and the narrative very engaging. Though there were many parts where terms were used that I didn’t understand and felt a need for a glossary but apart from this, I enjoyed reading this short, sweet romance.
There is not much character development but still, this is a book that gives a pleasant respite from daily life and can be read really quickly.
3.5 out of 5 stars to All By My Selfie by Jo Noelle from me and Njkinny recommends this romance to everyone.
I received the book for review and the above is my honest and unbiased opinion and in no way influenced.
