The Hating Game by Sally Thorne Review:
The Hating Game by Sally Thorne is her debut book. A fun and breezy enemies-to-lovers office romance with plenty of humour and delicious chemistry between the protagonists, I absolutely adored reading this sexy love story.
Lucy is the perfect employee. She is hardworking, a rule follower and over-the-top accommodating to everyone in the office. Josh is her nemesis in office and her complete opposite in everything. He is brooding, brutally frank, no-nonsense and definitely not as accommodating as Lucy. They are both in competition with each other and it is their office antics that are a major source of entertainment. I loved their office banter and the intense attraction between them that they both ignore.
The author beautifully takes the readers on an insightful journey through Lucy and Josh’s lives: their dreams, their family dynamics, their workplace aspirations and into their hearts that will resonate with each one of us in some or the other way.
I sat glued to the story until the happy end and then wanted to pick it up again to read!
All in all, The Hating Game by Sally Thorne is a fun and sexy enemies-to-lovers office romantic comedy with heart that is totally unputdownable and which will have you wanting to read it again and again! 5 super shiny stars out of 5 to it and Njkinny recommends this Njkinny favourite book to all readers above the age of eighteen looking for a fun, engaging and memorable story!
