Rock Addiction by Nalini Singh Book Summary:
Rock Addiction is the story of Fox and Molly. Fox is a known womanizer, one of the most eligible bachelors and part of a famous rock band. Women swoon over his every action. Never to commit to a relationship, he is the one-night stand kind of guy.
Molly, on the other hand, has seen too much bad publicity in her life and is super shy. In love with Fox but also knowing that he will never notice a shy mouse like her, she is surprised when Fox asks her out.
What she hopes is a one night stand soon becomes much more. Will Molly risk her strict no-publicity life to give love with Fox a chance?
Rock Addiction by Nalini Singh Book Review:
The cover is interesting and ideal for the type of hero here with a strong presence and an alpha male sporting tattoos!
The writing style is engaging and instantly hooks your attention leaving you spell bound to continue reading. This same thing happened with me. I loved the natural, super charged chemistry between Molly and Fox. Both are completely different from each other and want different things in life and yet when they come together, their feelings have the power of making the readers burn with its intensity.
Their romance is sensuous, hot and emotionally charged and had me rooting for a happily-ever-after for these two love birds.
This quote is so romantic and I adored it so much!
"The crowd thundered and screamed as the rock star who’d been meant to be Molly’s one-night stand pressed his forehead to her own and whispered, “I’m yours.” – #BookQuote Rock Addiction by @NaliniSingh on #NjkinnysBlog Share on XFox’s devotion to Molly had me tearing up and sighing in pure bliss!
While I absolutely loved the story and the characters, I do think that there was an excess of sex scenes in this book which somewhat downplayed the story line and could have been curbed a little.
However, despite this, I loved reading the book and was thoroughly entertained by Fox and Molly and loved meeting Thea and David from “Rock Courtship“
again. 4 stars out of 5 to Rock Addiction and Njkinny Recommends it to all readers above the age of eighteen who are lovers of intense romances with gripping story lines. Nalini is a very talented author and one whose books I love reading.
